To provide a method of manufacturing a resin molded article with less flow and exfoliation of a decorative layer in a decorative sheet for insert.

In the method of manufacturing a resin molded article having the decorative sheet for insert including a base material, a binder layer and the decorative layer on the surface thereof, a softening temperature T1(°C) of the base material, a softening temperature T2 (°C) of the decorative layer and a softening temperature T3 (°C) of the binder layer satisfy a given relation, and the method includes the following processes of: (A) forming the decorative layer by printing a given pattern consisting of an ultraviolet curable composition containing urethane acrylate oligomer, reactive vinyl monomer and a photopolymerization initiator, then ultraviolet-curing the pattern; (B) forming the binder layer on the decorative layer using a screen printing method to form the decorative sheet for insert; and (C) molding the resin molded article by inserting the decorative sheet for insert into the mold of an injection molding apparatus, and injecting molding resin into the mold.
