Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a resin sheet by which a transfer rate is increased.
The method of manufacturing the resin sheet includes a sheet manufacturing step of manufacturing a continuous resin sheet and a transfer step of transferring a transfer mold using a shaping roll. In the sheet manufacturing step, a resin sheet having a multi-layered structure having a shape transfer layer (A) constituting the sheet surface and a main layer (B) adjacent to the inside of the shape transfer layer (A) is manufactured. An MFR (a measured value measured based on JIS K7210 at 200°C and 49 N load) of the shape transfer layer (A) to the MTF of the main layer (B) is controlled to ≥1.5.
