To provide a method for manufacturing a molded object, which especially comprises a fiber material, having high heat stability and capable of being reutilized.
The molded object capable of being reused after crushing is manufactured from a granular material and a binder. The granular material is treated with a binder composition which contains at least one polymer, which consists of at least one comonomer unit selected from vinyl ester of an unbranched or branched alkyl carboxylic acid, acrylic or methacrylic ester of branched or unbranched alcohol, a diene, an olefin, a vinyl aromatic compound and a vinyl halide compound and at least one unit having a polar group, and at least one filler capable of interacting with the polar group and having a polar surface and the treated granular material is molded and cured to obtain the molded object.
