To provide a method of manufacturing rigid polyurethane foam by which the problem that the adhesive strength between a face material and the foam in the vicinity of liquid injecting surface is deteriorated and the variation of the adhesive strength between the face material and the foam is made large are reduced.
In the method of manufacturing the rigid polyurethane foam, a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) compound is contained as a foaming agent, the temperature in the mixing of a polyol composition is controlled to 10-20C, the temperature in the mixing of a polyisocyanate compound is higher than that in the mixing of the polyol composition, wherein the temperature difference is 10C, the equivalent ratio NCO/OH in the reaction of the polyol composition with the polyisocyanate compound is controlled to 2.6-6.0.
