PURPOSE: To fix an interval among the tops of a saw blade by grinding, after effecting dressing, setting, and serration, the side surface of the saw blade at a smaller angle than a setting angle to a saw body of the saw blade having the minimum setting angle.
CONSTITUTION: An angle saw blade 2 is formed by subjecting an end edge of a saw body 1 to dressing, and it is subjected to processing, and thereafter a shape cutting blade is formed in the individual saw blade 2 by serration. In succession, to eliminate variations of an interval P among the tops 3 of many of the saw blades 2, the side surface of the saw blade 2 is ground at a smaller angle than a setting angle α of the saw blade 2 having at least the minimum setting angle with respect to the saw body 1. Hereby, unevenness of the interval among the tops of the saw body 1 due to variations of the setting angle can be eliminated and enables a cut surface of a workpiece to be smoothly finished.
