Abstract:
To manufacture a seat cushion pad composed of skin layer materials such as polyurethane slab or seat cover pasting on both sides of a pad body with the diffusion of volatile organic compound (VOC) reduced as much as possible.
The seat cushion pad (1) composed of the skin layer material (3) pasted onto the surface of the pad body (2) made by foam molding is manufactured by applying a chloroprene rubber adhesive material (4) which uses ethyl acetate as an organic solvent to at least either of the front surface of the pad body (2) or the back surface of the skin layer material (3) and pasting the pad body (2) and the skin layer material (3) together by the adhesive material (4).
