In the shoe equipped with the base and the vamp bonded with the base in the outside edge part of the base, the base is formed on the basis of the predetermined curved line part, and the flap of the vamp is bonded with the edge parts (2a and 2b) of the base folded back outside so as to fit the base to the vamp. Moreover, the method of manufacturing the shoes includes fitting an element permitting thermoforming formation.
