Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a slide member that can reduce generation of stick slip and has excellent durability at low cost, and to provide a slide member manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a slide member, the slide member 11 is formed by coating an external surface of a substrate 26 with a coat 18 having a coefficient of friction that is lower than that of the external surface of the substrate 26. The slide member 11 is a spline shaft and the external surface of the substrate 26 does not have a sharp part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
