Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately, efficiently manufacturing a small breaker.
SOLUTION: A fixing piece 1 and a case 2 are sent from a coil 61, a bimetal 3 from a coil 62, movable piece 4 from a coil 63 with each carrier part, an assembling process of the bimetal and an assembling process of the movable piece are conducted in an assembling process 65, a cover is placed on a case 2 to which the bimetal 3 and the movable piece 4 are assembled, and welded by ultrasonic welding in the next assembling process, contact surface activation 69 and rejection 70 of defectives are conducted, and a manufactured small breaker is rolled on a coil 71.
