Abstract:

To provide a catalyst system that can manufacture ethylene copolymer having a sharp composition distribution and solid performances such as impact strength, environmental stress crack resistance(ESCR) or the like, without using a large volume of electron-donative compounds like a conventional method.

A manufacturing method of (1) a powdery solid catalyst component containing magnesium compound (M), titanium compound (T), if necessary, an electron-donative compound (D) and/or organic aluminium compound (A) and the particles diameter of which is 30 μm or less are 95% or more and (2) a catalyst system for copolymerization of ethylene that consists the solid catalyst component and organic aluminium compound, and (3) ethylene copolymer using the catalyst system are provided.
