Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor by which the yield can be improved by reducing leakage current during manufacturing and the increase of leakage current is also prevented when heat stress is applied abruptly.
SOLUTION: A dielectric oxide film is formed on a metal. A conductive layer, a graphite carbon layer and a silver paint curing layer are formed in sequence to form an electrode. The electrode is covered with a resin layer. Graphite carbon suspension is used for forming the graphite carbon layer. The graphite carbon suspension contains kina acid and/or γ-resolcil acid and is applied to the surface of the conductive layer. The solvent component in the suspension is made to evaporate and/or dried to form a graphite carbon layer. A silver paint curing layer is formed on the graphite carbon layer to constitute an electrode.
