To provide a function capable of generally smoothly passing through on undulating geographic features, and hard cornering without slipping, to an installed vehicle or a transportation mechanism.
A stabilizing device comprises an installing member 32, at least one front truck 34 supporting a pair of grounding members 36 of a front portion, and at least one rear portion truck 38 supporting a pair of grounding members 40 of a rear portion. The trucks 34, 38 can be energized to rotate to center axes thereof. The front truck 34 is installed to the installing member 32 so as to project forward, and the rear truck 38 is installed to the installing member 32 so as to project backward. Therefore the installing member 32 is practically supported between the trucks 34, 38 and the pair of the grounding members 36, 38. A suspension and steering device 30 is also provided.
