Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and reliable filter medium arranged in a matrix form, which can be used for suction devices such s suction masks and suction bonnets.
SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a suction filter, granular adsorbent, sorbent, chemical adsorbent, or catalyst, such as activated carbon, is mixed with a soluble polymer, and the mixture is subjected to heat treatment under a prescribed pressure to form a die molding, wherein the mixture is heated under the prescribed pressure in a connection member to a suction filter unit, a fan filter unit, or an adapter for the each unit. Thereby the mixture is positively or inevitably pressed toward the connection member, and the connection member and the mixture after shrinking are airtightly connected to each other.
