To provide a method of manufacturing a translucent conductive membrane which reduce foreign substances in mesh portions and an electromagnetic wave shielding capability is improved.
In the method, the translucent conductive membrane is obtained by using a silver-halide photo-sensible material comprising a silver-halide photo-sensible layer for a transparent support, exposing this material through a photo-mask and subjecting it to development treatment and physical development treatment. The method is characterized in that a conveyance velocity of the silver-halide photo-sensible material in a step of physical development treatment is 3 to 10 m/min, further, the quantity of liquid circulation within a fixed time in a physical development treatment tub is 0.1 to 2.00 Round/min with respect to the total quantity of liquids in the physical development treatment tub, and a flow velocity of a circulating liquid blown out of at least one circulation port is 3 to 10 m/min.
