Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently and safely separating and recovering each of crude lead, crude copper and crude tin from a metallic mixture containing copper and tin and mainly containing lead.SOLUTION: The method of producing valuable metal is characterized in that: the metallic mixture containing copper and tin and mainly containing lead is heated and melted to obtain molten metal; sodium salt of tin is formed by adding hydroxide sodium into the molten metal and stirring them; the sodium salt of tin and copper-removed Harris slag containing copper are recovered and the crude lead as the remainder is also recovered; tin is solved in water by charging the copper-removed Harris slag into water and they are solid-liquid separated to separate tin solved in the solution and the copper as the non-solving material; and thus, the crude lead, the crude copper and the crude tin are obtained.
