Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a wiring member for a rotary electric machine that can suppress positional shift of a conductive wire during resin-molding and improve the performance of radiating the heat generated in the conductive wire, and a wiring member for a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a wiring member 1 for a rotary electric machine that has a plurality of conductive wires 2 and connects a coil end 113 of a stator 11 to an electrode 132 of a terminal base 13 in a rotary electric machine 10, a mold 9 having mold pieces 91 as protrusion portions is used, the mold pieces 91 are made to contact with outer surfaces of the conductive wires 2 and resin is poured into the mold 9 while holding the conductive wires 2, so as to form resin molded parts 32 covering portions of the plurality of conductive wires 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
