Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus of measuring a calorific value and a capacitance of a capacitor by which the calorific value and capacitance of a capacitor can be measured accurately in a short time.
In a region (inside a bath 1) thermally insulated from outside, prescribed voltage is applied to the capacitor 2. When the temperature of the capacitor 2 becomes nearly constant, a current value (IX) and a calorific value (ΔTX)=[temperature of capacitor]-[ambient temperature] are calculated at that point of time. On the basis of the obtained current value (IX) and the calorific value (ΔTX), a calorific value (ΔTC) at a reference current value (IC) is calculated using the following formula (1):ΔTC=ΔTX×IC2/IX2.
