Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measuring method in which the contact face pressure of a seal part is measured under a high-temperature condition by a method wherein a numerical formula model in which the relationship between a contact thermal resistance and the contact face pressure is modeled as a contact thermal resistance element, a contact thermal resistance value is computed, the value is used as a condition value and a thermal conduction analysis is performed by a finite element method.
SOLUTION: By a temperature measuring apparatus 8, the temperature of a high-temperature fluid inside an inner tube 2 and temperatures in a plurality of measuring points on the outside surface part of an outer tube 3 are measured. A contact thermal resistance element is assumed between the pressure contact face of both an inner-tube flange 4 and an outer-tube flange 5 and the pressure contact face of a gasket 7, and a numerical formula model regarding the relationship between a contact thermal resistance and a contact face pressure is set. A contact thermal resistance value is computed by the numerical formula model, the value is used as a condition value, a steady heat conduction analysis by a finite element method is performed, and the analytical temperature in the outside surface part of the outer tube at the measuring temperature of the high-temperature fluid is computed. The error between the analytical temperature and the measured temperature of the outer tube 3 is found, the input value of the contact face pressure is changed, and the thermal conduction analysis is repeated until the error becomes a judgment value or lower.
