Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically measure position and attitude of members, such as steel frames, etc., and to automatically join the members.
CONSTITUTION: An H-shape steel is irradiated with double slit beam (step 201), infrared picture of the H-shape steel is taken (step 202), and then based on a cut-line image of the part lit, the position of lit part is calculated (step 203). Based on the cut-line image, axial-direction vector of the H-shape steel is calculated (step 204), the cut-line image is projected to a plane 27 orthogonal to the axial-direction vector (step 205), the projected cut-line image is compared with aspect table for deciding rotational angle of the H-shape steel (step 206), a gradation picture of H-shape steel is taken, and from the gray-level picture, edge of the H-shape steel is calculated (step 207).
