PURPOSE: To offer a rolling mill for rolling shapes with a fixed web height and flanges excellent in the accuracy of sectional dimension.

CONSTITUTION: It is the rolling mill for shapes with flange which is provided in the upstream process of a finishing universal mill and vertical rolls 3 with which the web 1b of the shapes 1 of a rolled stock is drawn down in the direction of web height and oblique rolls 2 which are brought into contact with the inside of flanges 1a and web 1b of the above-mentioned shapes 1 and also of which the direction of rotary axis is provided by making so as to form a prescribed angle to the orthogonally crossing direction with the rolling direction in the horizontal plane are combined and provided.
