Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simplicity and excellent quality without forced drawing and without adhesive by covering a film with unvulcanized rubber on both sides, and then heating the film covered with unvulcanised rubber to vulcaize it. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic film 1 (for example, polypropylene) as a film and an unvulcanized rubber sheet 2a having a predetermined thickness are prepared. And, the film 1 is cut in a size for forming a hollow part. And, the sheet 2a is formed to a size larger than the film 1. Then, the film 1 is sandwiched between the sandwich-like sheets 2a and covered on both sides with the sheets 2a. This integral product is set, for example, in a press mold mounted, for example, with a heat source. Thereafter, the product is heated to be vulcanized.
