Title:
METHOD FOR MOLDING MOUNTING SEAT OF SLIDING MATERIAL OF JAPANESE SHIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0415183
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it easy to attach and detach sliding material by forming in the ship bottom forming portion of the mold of a Japanese ship a plurality of channels each of which extends in the longitudinal direction of the ship body, and enabling a sliding-material mounting seat to be formed integrally and simultaneously with the ship body made of a fiber reinforced plastic.

CONSTITUTION: A mold 10 for forming a ship body is formed having a plurality of channels 11 each provided in the ship bottom forming portion thereof and extending in the longitudinal direction of the ship body. To manufacture a Japanese ship, one side portion of a matrix resin plate of predetermined width is set to the wall of a vertical plane on one side of the channels 11 and the other side portion of the plate is extended over the ship bottom forming face of the mold and reinforcing fiber layers and matrix resin plates are alternately laminated in plural layers thereon to form a laminated body 12. Next, matrix resin plates and reinforcing fiber layers are alternately laminated in plural layers on the overall surface of the ship body forming face of the molding, with a fiber reinforced plastic plate 13 being placed in such a manner as covering the channels 11, and this laminated body is heated and hardened to form a ship body and also the mounting seat 14 of sliding materials 15 parallel to one another is integrally formed on the ship bottom portion.
