Title:
METHOD OF MOLDING POLYPROPYLENE HIGH-FREQUENCY WELDER MOLDED SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010247386
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a polypropylene high-frequency welder molded sheet excellent in high-frequency welder workability, and excellent in balance of transparency, flexibility and heat resistance, and a method of molding the same.

This method of molding of the polypropylene high-frequency welder molded sheet includes molding polypropylene sheets using a propylene-ethylene block copolymer under a specified condition, after the sheets are layered, using a high-frequency welder. (A-i) The propylene-ethylene block copolymer is polymerized sequentially with 30-95 wt.% of propylene-ethylene random copolymer component A1 containing 0.3-7 wt.% of ethylene, in the first process, and with a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component A2 containing ethylene more by 3-20 wt.% than an ethylene content of the component A1, in the second process, using a metallocene catalyst. (A-ii) An MFR is within a range of 0.1-30 g/10 min. (A-iii) A tan δ curve has a single peak at 0°C or less, in a solid viscoelastic measurement (DMA).
