Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a synthetic resin molding in which high quality patterns and/or characters are formed correctly irrespective of the presence/absence of an uneven shape of the molding and which has an added value such as decoration.
SOLUTION: When bubbles B discharged from a molding die 10 are expanded by air to have a desired diameter, and a folded tubular film E is taken up, in the neighborhood of a frost line, ink is sprayed on the outsides of the bubbles B by a printing machine 14 to form patterns and characters. The patterns and characters are expanded similarly by the expansion of the bubbles B, the patterns become somewhat faint, the characters are expanded to be readable, and a tubular film in which the patterns and characters are formed at prescribed positions is formed.
