PURPOSE: To efficiently monitor raw tea leaves to prevent the scorching of the tea leaves and improve the quality of the tea leaves by disposing a temperature sensor moving over the whole region of a raw tea leaf-storing place above the accumulated raw tea leaves and measuring the temperatures of the raw tea leaves, and measuring the temperatures under specific conditions.

CONSTITUTION: The method for monitoring the stored raw tea leaves comprises disposing wind speed sensors and a temperature sensor moving over the whole area of a raw tea leaf-storing place above the accumulated raw tea leaves and measuring the temperatures in parallel, operating cooling fans for air permeation at places corresponding to the temperature sensors to allow the permeation of air through the accumulation raw tea leaf layer, and subsequently measuring the temperature of the air passed through the layer. The communication between the temperature sensor set in a moving mechanism or the wind speed sensors and a controller set at a constant position is preferably performed by a wireless means to transmit data.
