The jewelry (5) is fixed to the surface of a mounting part (4) which is softened or dissolved by solvent (8). The mounting method includes, applying the solvent (8) to a predetermined mounting part (4) out of the surface of an artificial nail (3) to soften or dissolve the surface. If necessary, a coloring member (9) is disposed between the lower surface of the jewelry (5) and the mounting part (4). Subsequently, the jewelry (5) is pressure-bonded to the softened/dissolved surface and then, the surface of the mounting part (4) is hardened by volatilizing the solvent (8).
