Abstract:

To provide a method allowing analysis of an amino group-containing non-peptide compound in a biological sample with higher sensitivity and also collective quantification of a plurality of biological samples.

A quantification method of an amino group-containing non-peptide compound comprising a step of giving mass difference to an amino group-containing non-peptide compound as an object of measurement contained in a biological sample and an internal standard sample as an object of analysis, using a combination of two or more kinds of stable isotopes of a compound represented by the formula (I): (in which, R1, R2 and R3 are each the same or different and shows hydrogen, halogen or alkyl) or a salt thereof, as a labeled compound. A kit is used to carry out the method.
