PURPOSE: To peel of the coating of coated plastic product recovered from waste.
CONSTITUTION: In regenerating a coated plastic product recovered from waste, the coated plastic product is cut into an appropriate size and the obtained small plastic pieces are allowed to impinge against a barrier plate to ground and to peel of the coating.
