Abstract:
To provide a new process to peel inner bark for paper material off paperbush, Chinese lychnis, and like as well as provide a method of peeling tree outer bark for paper material and equipment for peeling outer bark capable of securely and easily separating the outer bark from the inner bark using the process.SOLUTION: The equipment for peeling outer bark in accordance with the present invention configured to produce inner bark as paper material peeled off paper material trees which have the inner bark and the outer bark is provided with: a process tank 2 receiving the paper material trees; a nozzle device 3 arranged on an inner side wall of the process tank 2 to inject high pressure water toward the process tank; and a pump device supplying the high pressure water to the nozzle device, where the nozzle equipment 3 is placed to inject the high pressure water toward the outer bark of paper material trees received in the process tank 2. The process tank 2 is configured in a configuration of a vertical-type or horizontal-type cylindrical tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
