Title:
METHOD OF PLACING REINFORCEMENT INTO SOIL MORTAR FOREPOLING FOR TUNNEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000204877
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method of placing a reinforcement into a soil mortar forepoling capable of rapidly placing the core material in tunneling.

A method of placing a reinforcement into a soil mortar forepoling comprises a preparation work stage Z1 in which bits 6 and 6 are reduced in diameter for excavating a pilot hole and a core material 13 to be placed into the forepoling and a pressing material 14 to press the core material 13 are placed in a boring device A, a pilot hole excavating work stage Z2 in which a pilot hole is excavated, a pre-core material set work stage Z3 in which a next core material 13 is placed in the pilot hole excavated to a specified depth, a bit diameter increasing and core material holding work stage Z4 in which a bit located at the specified depth is increased in diameter and the rear part of the next core material 13 is fixedly held, a diameter expanding, post-moving, and core material remaining work stage Z5 in which the diameter- increased bit is moved backward to excavate with an increased diameter to a specified position, the core material is pushed out from the boring device and made it remained in a pile hole, and a solidifying agent is filled into the hole together with the boring and agitated and mixed with excavated soil, and a bit diameter reducing and backward movement work stage Z6.
