Abstract:
To provide a method for preparing a biocide-blended material, related to a method for preparing a stable emulsion of a bio-active compound insoluble in water or having a low water-solubility.
This method for producing emulsion of one or more water-insoluble active ingredients directly before introducing them into an aqueous system. One or more water-insoluble active ingredients including a biocidal agent are homogeneously mixed each other by supplying the aqueous dispersion through a static micro-mixing device. These active ingredients do not contain a surfactant, and are introduced into an aqueous system as the emulsion containing a reduced amount or zero amount of an organic solvent.
