Abstract:
To provide a method for preparing a high luminescence phosphor having a uniform particle size which can obtain a high luminescence at a low voltage.
The method for preparing the phosphor comprises a first burning step of burning raw materials for producing the phosphor to prepare a phosphor precursor, a step of wet-classifying the phosphor precursor while imparting an impact thereon, and a second burning step of burning the phosphor precursor after the wet classification to prepare the phosphor. In this method, the wet classification step while imparting an impact preferably comprises subjecting the phosphor precursor to a liquid cyclone.
