Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a raw material liquid for hydrogenation reaction, in which the raw material liquid that is to be provided for the hydrogenation reaction of the polymer having a carbon-carbon double bond in a molecule causes the hydrogenation reaction to proceed to a sufficient degree without excessively using a hydrogenation catalyst and suppresses an isomerization reaction of the polymer, to provide a method for producing a hydrogenated product of the polymer, in which the polymer is subjected to the hydrogenation reaction by using the raw material liquid for hydrogenation reaction obtained by the preparation method, and to provide the hydrogenated product of the polymer obtained by the producing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for preparing a raw material liquid that is to be provided for hydrogenation reaction of a polymer having a carbon-carbon double bond in a molecule. There is also provided a method for preparing a raw material liquid for hydrogenation reaction including the steps of: adding an adsorbent comprising zero-valent nickel to a mixture including a solvent, a metal component, and the polymer to adsorb the metal component to the adsorbent; and separating the adsorbent that adsorbs the metal component by filtration. There are provided a method for producing a hydrogenated product of the polymer, in which the polymer is subjected to hydrogenation reaction by using the raw material liquid for hydrogenation reaction obtained by the preparation method, and the hydrogenated product of the polymer obtained by the producing method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
