Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively preserve cooked rice without impairing its tastiness.
CONSTITUTION: The subject method is characterized as follows. Cooked rice just after cooking is dished in a container in a state of a high temperature and a simple substance of gaseous carbon dioxide, nitrogen gas, ethyl alcohol vapor or a mixed gas thereof is rapidly filled and hermetically sealed in the container.
