PURPOSE: To precisely form the part that the vertical component of different thickness stand on the base plate with pressing work only by using one piece of metallic sheets of different wall thickness, bending one portion of the thick wall part, also bending the other part of thick wall part after extending and making to the thin wall.

CONSTITUTION: Slits 11', 11' are formed along each side surfaces of the belt like part 9 of the metallic plate 1, and both sides of the belt like part 9 are separated from the metallic plate body 1. The separated belt like part 9 is bent to the mountain like shape and extended to the thin wall. Next, the neighborhood of the central part of the belt like part bent to the chevron shape is cut and the end part of thin wall is formed, and a pair of vertical components 19, 19 are standed by bending vertically against the metallic plate body 1. Slits are formed around the prescribed parts of the broad width parts 7, 7 positioned at the outsides of the vertical components 19, 19, the end part of thick wall with the required length are formed, further, bent vertically against the metallic body 1, and a pair of vertical components 17, 17 which are positioned and opposed at the outsides the vertical components 19, 19 are formed. Then the projection, etc., for requiring to the base plate 10 are formed with pressing work and the base plate is separated from the metallic body 1.
