To provide a method for preventing crevice corrosion by a pulse discharging method and to provide a forming device of anti-corrosive coating film.
In this method, by generating pulse discharge between a structural member (20) and an electrode (2) in a gap part formed in a joining part, a fastening part or the like of the structural member (20), melting the electrode 2 by discharging heat and building up by moving the molten material to the gap part, a covering layer (55) for intercepting the penetration of water or a medium in the gap part is formed and the pulse discharge is set in combination so that control factor correlated with the oxygen concentration of the covering layer (55) allows the oxygen concentration to reduce. In this way, the covering layer (55) having no defect is formed and crevice corrosion is prevented.
