To shorten a time of a process related to manufacturing a color filter and to manufacture a good color filter without generating deviation of registering by simultaneously printing inks of red, green and blue being constitutional colors of a color filter part on a transparent base material such as a transparent base when the color filter is manufactured by a printing technique.
