Abstract:

A process and an apparatus for printing a fabric web 1 using a stencil 3 which has a length exceeding the width of the fabric web to be printed and which, after each printing stroke, is displaced transversely of the fabric web. In this way, it is possible, despite the simple construction, to print fabric webs with large-surface repeats.
