An apparatus 2 for processing a cork stopper is provided with a work supporting part 4, a processing molding part 3 and a grindstone abrading part 5. A cork material 13 is provided in the work supporting part 4. A grindstone 7 is provided in a processing molding part 3. A grindstone regenerating member 15 is provided in the grindstone abrading part 5. The grindstone 7 and the cork material 13 are rotated by driving driving motors 8 and 10. In addition, by moving the cork material 13 in the grindstone 7 direction, the cork material 13 is abraded to obtain a cork stopper with a shape corresponding to the grindstone 7.
