PURPOSE: To process data measured on many points in a production line without increasing the number of large computers to be arranged and without giving the other operation of a central computer trouble by exchanging measuring data between a measuring computer and the central computer through an IC card.

CONSTITUTION: The type, specification, inspection result, etc., of each product are measured by a measuring machine 4 and inputted to a personal computer 1. The computer 1 processes the inputted data, adds the processed data to other data such as a production date and a production line necessary for production management and written in an IC card 3. An operator collects the IC card 3 from the computer 1 and inputs the data of the IC card 3 to the computer 2 at a prescribed time band giving no trouble to the other operating processing of the computer 2. The computer 2 executes the formation of data necessary for the production management and data analysis based upon the data of the card 3.
