Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a metal plate by which occurrence of cracking can be suppressed when a bar ring processing is performed.SOLUTION: According to a method for processing a metal plate, after die-cutting processing for a metal plate P is so performed as to form a circular processed hole pa on the metal plate P, a bar ring processing is performed for the metal plate P in which the processed hole pa is formed. While the die-cutting processing operation, a stripe-shaped processed trace pt, which has a prescribed angle θ with respect to a plate thickness direction of the metal plate P, is formed on an inner peripheral surface on which the processed hole pa is formed, and bar ring processing is performed for the metal plate P in which the processed trace pt is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
