Title:
METHOD FOR PROCESSING SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06258807
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable rapid drying to be performed without causing uneven luster by using the silver halide photographic sensitive material specified in the Bekk smoothness on the surface of the outer most layer.

CONSTITUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has, on a support, at least one silver halide emulsion layer, and each of all the hydrophilic colloidal layers on both sides of the support has a swelling degree of ≤200%, and each of the outermost layers on both sides has a Bekk smoothness of ≤4000sec. This photosensitive material is image-exposed and then undergoes, at least, development, fixation, and rinse by using an automatic developing apparatus, and then conveyed to the drying section provided with plural heat rollers having each outer circumference heated with a heating source, both front and reverse surfaces of the photosensitive material are alternately brought into contact with the about half circumference of each roller, and heated with heat given in accordance with the surface temperature of the rollers and the contact time and water is evaporated from the surfaces not in contact with the rollers.
