To provide a production method of a pyridazine amine compound which is a multipurpose intermediate compound for producing pyridazine derivation fine chemical.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including a step for, making (a) a dichloro pyridazine amine compound expressed by a formula (IVa) or a salt thereof, a tautomer or N-oxide, or (b) a dichloro pyridazine amine compound expressed by a formula (IVb) or a salt thereof, a tautomer or N-oxide, or a mixture of (a) and (b), and hydrogen, react under presence of a hydrogenation catalyst.(In the formula, R1 is H, C1-C2-alkyl or C1-C2-alkoxy-C1-C2-alkyl.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
