To provide an effective method for producing 5-amino-4-nitrogen- containing aromatic heterocyclic substituted pyrazole, using simple processes in a high yield.
This method for producing the 5-amino-4-nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic substituted pyrazole expressed by general formula (V) is provided by performing the reaction of a compound expressed by general formula (I) with a compound expressed by general formula (II) to form a compound expressed by general formula (III) and then performing the reaction of the obtained compound with a compound expressed by general formula (IV). In the formulae, Z1 to Z4 are each =N- or =C(R)- and at least one of them is =C(R)-; R is H or a substituent and in the case that Z1, Z2 express =C(R)-, Z2, Z3 express =C(R)- or Z3, Z4 express =C(R)-, R's may bond each other to form 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring; R1, R2 are each independently a substituted or un-substituted alkyl or aryl group; and R3 is H, a substituted or un-substituted alkyl or aryl, or a hetero cyclic group.
