Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy material excellent in solderability and corrosion resistance after soldering, by using debris generated during manufacturing process of a cladded material or a discarded aluminum heat exchanger as a raw material of a material for heat exchangers.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of aluminum alloys is characterized by having a casting step for casting, by using a cast raw material containing 10.0 mass% or more of an aluminum waste material, an aluminum alloy ingot A made of an aluminum alloy comprising 0.50 to 1.20 mass% of Si, 0.05 to 1.00 mass% of Fe, 0.12 to 1.00 mass% of Cu, 0.60 to 1.80 mass % of Mn, and 0.11 to 0.60 mass % of Zn, a Mg content of 0.50 mass % or less, and the Cr content of 0.30 mass % or less, a Ti content of 0.30 mass% or less, a Zr content of 0.30 mass% or less, a V content of 0.30 mass% or less, and the balance consisting of aluminum and inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
