Abstract:
To make a reproduction rate of aluminum cans approach 100%, or make it 100%, by making an input amount of a new block for constituent adjustment minimum, or zero, when reproducing cans from used aluminum cans.SOLUTION: When melting a recovered block including used cylindrical cans having lids with lids attached to the openings of aluminum cylindrical cans, and used bottle cans having caps with caps attached to the threads of aluminum cylindrical cans, a JIS 3000 series aluminum reproduction block is produced by a melting process of adding and melting the recovered block comprising a used cup made of an aluminum cup, which is a bottomed cylindrical integrally molded product, and a casting process for casting a reproduction block from the melted aluminum melt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
