Abstract:
To provide a method of efficiently producing an amorphous soft-magnetic material that has a high Fe content.SOLUTION: A method of producing an amorphous soft-magnetic material in the present embodiment is expressed by a predetermined composition formula. The method of producing an amorphous soft-magnetic material includes a step of obtaining an alloy by mixing and melting raw materials in a manner obtaining a composition of Composition Formula (1) and a step of ejecting a molten metal of the alloy to a chill roll having a surface roughness Ra of 0.4 mm or greater under a vacuum atmosphere having a gauge pressure of -93 kPa or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
