Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a bamboo product having curved structure without requiring complicated processing such as heat treatment.SOLUTION: A method for producing bamboo products according to the present invention comprises: cutting a cylindrical portion of bamboo to form a substantially dogleg-shaped with constant-width contour bent from a straight line to sloping shape to make a linear constant-width portion a grip part and make a sloping constant-width portion branching and sloping from the tip of the grip part to at least the right or the left an action part, so that the surface of the bamboo in the entire action part forms a torsional surface from the tip of the grip part of the substantially dogleg-shaped contour; and cutting a bamboo fleshy part inside the action part to form a torsion in the entire action part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
