Abstract:
To provide a production method of a beer-like sparkling drink having a flavor desired by customers.SOLUTION: A production method comprises a preparation step of preparing raw material liquid of fermentation in a preparation tank by saccharification treatment of a mixture containing raw materials and water performed by a manufacturer, a transfer step of transferring the raw material liquid of fermentation obtained in the preparation step from the preparation tank to a fermentation tank, a transport step of transporting the fermentation tank from the manufacturer to a customer, and a fermentation step of fermenting the raw material liquid of fermentation in the fermentation tank with addition of an optional flavor component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
