Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of being used as a scaffold material for tissue engineering and a medical material such as a carrier for a drug delivery system and capable of existing stably in organism by suppressing biodegradation efficiently without using a chemical crosslinking agent such as glutaraldehyde.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a biodegradable cellulose nanofiber microgel including a process for adding a cellulose nanofiber dispersion in a strong alkali solution with stirring to prepare a cellulose nanofiber strong alkali dispersion, a process for stirring the cellulose nanofiber strong alkali dispersion after adding to a liquid paraffin containing a surfactant with stirring to prepare a cellulose nanofiber microgel dispersion, a process for adding acid and an organic solvent to the cellulose nanofiber microgel dispersion, then standing it, naturalizing the cellulose nanofiber microgel dispersion to remove the liquid paraffin and a process for impregnating the cellulose nanofiber microgel into NaIOsolution to add biodegradability.SELECTED DRAWING: None
